Supports 1–3 projects across various disciplines as an entry-level team member, gaining exposure to the consulting process and building core skills.

Associate

Advises clients on project activities, works independently, and develops expertise in specific areas of consulting.

Manager

Manages multiple projects and teams, designs client solutions, and provides both technical and professional leadership.

Principal

Leads a specific practice area, oversees senior-level projects and teams, and identifies business development opportunities for the firm.

Partner

Oversees multiple business areas and projects, leads key strategic initiatives, and plays a central role in decision-making and firm-wide operations.
